How to Store Sealed Pokémon Products So They Stay Display-Ready
By Lisa Suknir, Slab Bunker team · · 1 min read

Sealed product is easy to damage without noticing: a dented corner here, a split in the wrap there. These habits keep ETBs, booster bundles and booster boxes looking the way they did on release day.
Keep the shrink wrap intact
For many collectors, the wrap is what makes a box "sealed". Handle boxes by their sides, avoid sliding them across rough shelves and keep sharp objects away. When you put a box in a case, choose one with enough room that the wrap doesn't drag. Slab Bunker cases are designed so the box slides in without snagging the shrink wrap.

Protect corners and edges
Cardboard corners crush easily, especially when boxes are stacked directly on top of each other. A rigid case takes the knocks instead of the box. Our cases have flat tops so you can stack cases rather than bare boxes.
Mind light, heat and humidity
Store sealed product somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Avoid attics, garages, and spots near windows, heaters or air vents. Printed cardboard can fade over time in strong light, so a shaded shelf is a good default.

Keep the dust off
Dust settles into wrap creases and is hard to clean off without rubbing the film. A closed case with a lid keeps it off the box. Wipe the case, not the box.
Label and organize
Group by set or era, and keep a simple list of what you have and where. Matching cases make a shelf easier to scan: the Slab Bunker range shares one look across ETBs, bundles and One Piece booster boxes.
